Job Description

As an accomplished senior manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes. The team is responsible for maintaining and transforming the customer and staff user experience for critical processes such as disputes, deceased estates, and retail authorities.

The squad will define the journey vision for deceased estates and authorities, set goals, create roadmaps, and work together with other squads to ensure successful delivery of objectives. You will foster a culture of collaboration and high-quality output to drive meaningful change.

The role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in financial services. You must be able to translate technology solutions into customer benefits and have excellent prioritisation skills.

  • Lead a high-performing team and value stream of a customer journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to define, communicate, and mobilise the customer journey vision, strategy, and customer and staff value proposition.
  • Manage performance against OKRs to drive journey outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish mechanisms to identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and uplift customer experiences.
  • Attract and develop talent through mentoring squad members and other product owners.
  • Manage relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
