Role Overview

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing personalized campaigns that connect with customers across their entire journey.

  • Develop lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to foster meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Create and deploy email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and boost customer interaction.
  • Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Content, Product, and Distribution.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline campaign builds and troubleshoot efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and provide regular metrics reporting.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation is required.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, AMPScript) is essential.
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills are necessary for creating responsive email templates.
  • Experience in managing large-scale enterprise campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and optionally Photoshop/Illustrator is an added advantage.
