Job Summary
This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic thinker to lead the people function in a complex organisation. The role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives
- Leverage HR analytics to inform people decisions and drive business outcomes
- Lead and manage a small team of HR professionals
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on people-related matters
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation
- Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Highly developed business and commercial acumen, with the ability to leverage HR data and analytics to drive people solutions
- People leadership skills, with the ability to successfully lead a small team
