About the Opportunity

Our client, a progressive and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join their team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders, including coaching and guiding managers to achieve business objectives through their people.
  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to secure top talent for the organisation.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities, identifying opportunities for internal development and growth.
  • Manage HR projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Review and develop staff contracts, HR policies, procedures, and manuals, working closely with external partners as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the HR function, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and successful culture throughout the organisation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Partner or equivalent role, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented HR solutions.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
