A Competitive Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic, local business and human resource priorities, including talent management, employee engagement, training and development, and organisational effectiveness.

This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to manage recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding for different teams, and serving as a business partner to certain business groups. Additionally, you will assist with value-add services, projects, and business improvement initiatives under our People Strategy, coordinate training and development, and contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage recruitment processes, from interviewing to facilitating onboarding for different teams.
  • Serve as a business partner to certain business groups and work closely with managers and employees in various functional areas of Human Resources.
  • Assist with value-add services, projects, and business improvement initiatives under our People Strategy.
  • Coordinate training and development, working to implement processes to drive excellence and coordinate logistics of local training calendars and events.
  • Contribute to the continuous review, improvement, and implementation of HR procedures, forms, and processes.
