Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Window Assembler to join our team at Frontline Human Resources. The successful candidate will have experience in assembling steel frames for houses, reading technical drawings, and using hand tools.

About the Role

The Window Assembler will be responsible for meeting production targets and order requirements while working effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, and be able to lift up to 25kg safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble steel frames for houses to meet quality and safety standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to understand assembly instructions
  • Operate hand tools such as riveting guns and drills to assemble frames
  • Meet production targets and order requirements on time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in assembly or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg safely
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Unrestricted full working rights in Australia
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, sick leave, and professional development opportunities.

Working Conditions

This is a day shift position, Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, and Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm.
