We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our team at Richemont.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HRBP or Assistant HR Manager roles, preferably in a complex matrixed environment. A strong influencer with a people-focused orientation, self-confident and able to articulate complex HR matters to colleagues and managers. Experience in managing HR projects and execution is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure accurate data is entered into the Human Resources Information System as required
  • To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
  • To provide managers and department heads with HR reports, such as Annual Leave, FTE, Attrition rates, etc.
  • To gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits
  • To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
  • To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years HRBP or Assistant HR Manager experience in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Undergraduate and/or Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations preferably from an Australian university
  • Professional training in HR areas like C&B, Selection Interview, Training and Development is desirable
  • Strong influencer with a people focused orientation
  • Self-confident and able to clearly articulate complex HR matters to colleagues and managers
