About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Health Services Director to lead our National Occupational Health Services team. This is a national leadership opportunity in a rapidly growing company, offering a competitive salary and incentives for delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of pre-employment, health surveillance, and occupational health and medical services, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery that aligns with KINNECT's standards and client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of health/medical support services team members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of service.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards, and clinical governance frameworks across all medical services provided, promoting safe, effective, and ethical occupational health and medical practices.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service outcomes/metrics, using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning medical service strategies with business goals and emerging industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in nursing, occupational health, or related allied health field.
  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in occupational health management with a track record of delivering high-quality services and team management.
  • Clinical Governance: Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Client Relationships: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on location and experience.
