About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Services Manager to lead our National Occupational Health Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational health services across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery Management: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, and occupational health services, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery that meets our standards and client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of health/medical support services professionals, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of service.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards and clinical governance frameworks across all medical services provided, promoting safe, effective, and ethical occupational health practices.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service outcomes and metrics, using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning medical service strategies with business goals and emerging industry trends.

What You Will Bring
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in nursing, occupational health, or related allied health field.
  • Extensive experience in occupational health management with a track record of delivering high-quality services and team management.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
