Occupational Health Service Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Service Delivery Leader to join our team at Kinnect.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a senior professional to lead our occupational health services, driving quality, efficiency, and customer experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, leading a team of health professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of health professionals to deliver high-quality occupational health services, including pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, and occupational medicine.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards and clinical governance frameworks.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in nursing, occupational health, or a related allied health field.
- Extensive experience in occupational health management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

What We Offer- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
