Leadership Role in Occupational Therapy
The Sunshine Mental Health & Wellbeing Centre is a purpose-built facility that provides high-quality care and support to consumers. The Senior Occupational Therapist will lead and support the existing occupational therapy workforce, work directly with consumers and their family, carers and supporters to provide evidence-based discipline-specific assessment and interventions.
About the Role
- Lead and support the occupational therapy team to ensure excellent care and support of consumers
- Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and processes for occupational therapy and the wider teams
