Occupational Health Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Services Manager to lead our national occupational health services function.
About the Role- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of pre-employment, health surveillance and occupational health and medical services.
- Lead and develop a team of health/medical support services team members.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards, and clinical governance frameworks.
- Prepare detailed reports on service outcomes/metrics, using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning medical service strategies with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that aligns with KINNECT's standards and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of service.
- Compliance and Standards: Promote safe, effective, and ethical occupational health and medical practices.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Inform strategic decision-making and enhance service quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align medical service strategies with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in nursing, occupational health, or related allied health field.
- Extensive experience in occupational health management with a track record of delivering high-quality services and team management.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
