The Hotel

Hyatt Regency Sydney is a world-class hotel with a total of 892 rooms. The hotel features a regency club lounge, fitness center, 272-seat all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of Darling Harbour, and 3,700 square meters of state-of-the-art meeting facilities.

Your Role

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue potential at Hyatt Regency Sydney across the corporate meetings, incentives, and MICE events market segments. Your focus will be on both retention and acquisition, with a particular emphasis on the Southwest Asia market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize total revenue potential for the hotel across the corporate meetings, incentives, and MICE events market segments.
  • Maintain a strong focus on retention and acquisition in the Southwest Asia market.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or business development within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
