Join Our Team of Strategic Organizational Consultants

We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to projects across our range of offerings in this practice, including Organizational Analytics & Design, Work & Career Architecture, People Strategy & Performance, Culture & Change, and Top Team Performance.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver complex and/or customized and/or multi-work-stream solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations through work quality and timeliness.
  • Lead and manage medium-sized projects or complex work streams, including developing the project plan, engaging resources, and delivering the solution.
  • Involve subject matter experts and more senior resources as needed and manage their involvement in the project.
  • Develop deeper expertise in at least one expertise area, as well as being able to discuss all Korn Ferry Advisory offerings in order to draw on appropriate practice expertise to provide business solutions, including those that may require inter-service line approaches.
  • Extend a strong internal brand and network of KF Advisory consultants and work to extend that brand into the broader KF network.
  • Work with KF Advisory industry leaders to develop and customize offerings within a service line and targeted at a particular industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years' experience in people strategy and operations/transformation of a management consultancy OR internal HR role in HR operations/organizational development design/M&A integration.
  • Skilled in several of the following areas - change management and communications, people strategy development and implementation, culture change, organization design, organization effectiveness analytics and diagnosis, and diversity and inclusion analytics, diagnosis, and strategy.
