We are seeking a Strategic Recruitment Consultant to oversee the technology-led recruitment process and delivery using Nimble Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for high-volume recruitment within the customer service and distribution centres across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies and market conditions.
  • Promote opportunities using the client's employer brand and EVP creatively and responsibly.
  • Provide hiring managers with best practice interview training and assessment techniques.
  • Monitor advertising response rates, making decisions on when to adjust advertising based on the candidate pipeline, and advise on direct and active sourcing strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong client-facing recruitment experience with a passion for developing successful stakeholder relationships.
  • Comprehensive end-to-end recruitment experience, covering all areas of attraction and selection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to handle challenging and ambiguous situations calmly and professionally.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, transport or logistics recruitment is highly regarded.
  • Availability to attend the client site in Crestmead at least three days a week, ideally for 7:30am meetings which will allow for an early finish
