About The PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help us reach the next level of strategic development and growth. The Professional Services team is responsible for implementing and integrating our solutions into our customer's environments and information management landscape.
This role will be helping customers to innovate, integrate systems, automate processes, and achieve efficiencies and improvements. This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design to 'hands-on' work with product setup, migrations, upgrades, training, and documentation.
This role will also take part in pre-sales, offering solutions, providing estimates, and assisting with demonstrations and proposals. The position will naturally involve maintaining and improving knowledge of the Comply365 product suite, and adjacent technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Use knowledge of customer domains and Comply365 solutions to gather and analyze requirements, research and present solutions to customers, and make suitable recommendations.
- Drive system setup and configuration of Comply365 solution implementation projects.
- Develop, maintain and conduct training on Comply365 solutions both internally and as part of implementation projects.
- Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and improvements.
- Participate in commercial and customer success activities, helping define scope and estimates for projects.
- Participate in product management activities providing input to solution design.
- Travel to customer sites and work on site where necessary.
- Experience in technical consulting, software development lifecycle.
- Proven sector domain experience in aviation, railway and/or defence.
- Experience in operational content management and/or safety management.
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience presenting solutions to customers based on provided requirements.
- Familiarity with stylesheet configuration, CSS, HTML, XSL, XSLT, JSON.
- Powerful analytical skills and ability to communicate a problem using data.
- Experience in technical writing.
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
- Team player and strong collaboration skills.
- Self-starting, ambitious and tenacious.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
