Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with business consulting projects, helping clients improve organisational functions and large-scale programs through transformation, problem-solving, and innovative solution creation.
  • Develop deliverables in a fast-paced environment and present to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilise data and analytics to better understand client problems, requirements, and advise on pathways to solutions.
  • Assist with commercial, program, and project diagnostic assurance reviews to identify issues and drive improvements.
  • Manage engagements and establish relationships with teams and client personnel.

We're looking for talented individuals who are ready to make an impact. You'll have, or will be graduating soon with a formal qualification in Business, Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Technology, Science, Engineering, or a related degree. You'll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
