Job Title: Training Development Specialist

The role of the Training Development Specialist is pivotal in creating and implementing training programs for new team members. This position focuses on enhancing their safety, skills, and success.

This includes identifying additional training requirements for existing team members to drive continuous improvements and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive training documentation and facilitate coaching of site leaders on their training responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and ensure site leadership adheres to these standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee all site induction programs, ensuring compliance with the training matrix.
  • Continuously monitor and update training materials, taking into account seasonal activities and emerging trends.
  • Act as a champion for safety on-site, providing consultancy services and fostering a positive culture among team members.
  • Monitor and govern the site training matrix to guarantee its effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in coaching and leadership positions.
  • Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing training needs and developing an annual training plan.
  • Ability to design, implement, and review training programs for warehouse, transport, and administration teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on planning and meeting key deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, managing expectations effectively with senior management.
  • Advanced computer skills to produce materials and develop training information.
