We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to develop and implement training frameworks, schedules, and resources for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will conduct training needs analyses, collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, and align training programs with requirements.

Your expertise will support the creation of effective learning frameworks, schedules, and assessment content to achieve impactful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead maintenance training and assessments for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Support development and delivery of training content with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop technical and non-technical skills, including apprentices, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify improvements.
  • Enhance facilitation skills and stay informed on safety and learning initiatives.

About you :

With 3-5 years of experience, you will lead, coach, and influence others. Strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Mandatory)
  • Relevant trade or industry certification/experience
  • Valid 'C' class driver's license
