Job Overview

This role involves developing training programs for new team members, ensuring their safety and success. You will also have the opportunity to identify additional training needs for existing team members to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and implement training documentation, including coaching site leaders on their training responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure site leadership are maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate all site induction programs and ensure new team members are compliant with the training matrix
  • Continually monitor and update training materials, taking into account seasonal activities
  • Be a champion for safety on site, available for consultancy and drive a positive culture for team members
  • Monitor and govern the site training matrix
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone who has a passion for coaching and developing, and who can deliver important training materials in an engaging way. You will also need:

  • Coaching and leadership experience is essential
  • A Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment is required
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing training needs and developing an annual training plan
  • Ability to create, implement, and review training programs for warehouse, transport and administration teams
  • High organisational skills with a focus on planning, ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to manage expectations to senior management
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to produce materials and develop training information
