Training and Assessment Specialist

This role is crucial for individuals with substantial High Risk Training experience to deliver comprehensive training and assessment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, including High Risk Operations Training and Assessments.
  • Develop and maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Mining practices and technical systems to train content professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Hold a current Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • Possess WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation.
  • Proven experience and specialist skills in high-risk work areas.
  • Licensed to deliver multiple HRWL courses, including Dogging (DG), Forklift (LF), Crane (CN/CV), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Working at Heights (NUOC), Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing (NUOC).
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • SAP/LMS experience is highly regarded.
