We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion into Chinese-speaking regions as a Global Sales Director. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of international sales markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the company's overall business objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing channel partners, optimize their structures, and explore opportunities for new channels in the assigned region.
  • Lead direct sales efforts to key accounts, fostering strong partnerships and driving long-term customer loyalty.
  • Pursue and develop new customer opportunities through diverse sales channels.
  • Collect, analyze, and report relevant market information to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in communicating effectively with international clients.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for international sales, possessing strong execution skills and a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with international trade processes, including documentation, policies, regulations, and industry conventions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with experience working across diverse teams and international markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in international markets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze market data effectively.
  • A team-oriented individual who excels in cross-functional environments and can foster teamwork across international teams.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, consisting of a base salary of $100,000 and performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to sales targets. Additionally, expatriate roles come with allowances for housing and travel, ensuring a competitive overall compensation package for employees working abroad.
