Job Overview:
This role is crucial in supporting the Asia Pacific Region Human Capital (HC) Operations team in managing day-to-day HC operations for employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with HC policies and local legal regulations, serving as a bridge between Consultants, Support Professionals, and office leadership, as well as specific HC specialist functions.
This position requires an exceptional individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment and contribute to the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer employee policies and processes to improve efficiency
- Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely administration and delivery of country payroll and tax
- Administer staff benefits arrangements and updates
- Provide advice and guidance on HC and payroll-related matters to employees
- Respond to general inquiries related to employee benefits
- Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, employment letters, and documentation, employee notifications, and transactions
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Support termination and exits of employees
- Manage employee relations cases, including liaising with Legal and Employee Relations teams in complex cases
- Conduct investigative interviews
- Stay updated on new regulations and propose and implement changes to comply with new requirements
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Responsible for statutory reporting and internal & external audits
- Provide training and information sessions on HC-related benefits and initiatives
- Participate in HC strategic projects
- Collaborate with Local Office and HC Leadership to advance local office culture and engagement in line with Oliver Wyman values
- Provide ad-hoc support to other HC functional teams as needed and assigned
Salary Range: AU$65,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of relevant HR work experience; experience in professional services an advantage

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Australian Labour Law and regulations
- Good Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook
