About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Australia-based team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll work closely with our local multi-disciplinary Leaders and employees to drive people-related initiatives and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support our Australia-based business units.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Lead local HR processes, ensuring adherence to regional and global practices and policies.
  • Provide expert HR advice on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Support organizational changes, including communications and transition plans.
  • Ensure people data accuracy and leverage data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in Australia.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with leaders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a can-do attitude and commitment to upholding professional standards.
  • Relevant academic degree and excellent organizational skills.
