**Job Description: Team Lead - Uber**
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team navigating sensitive cases in a fast-paced environment. You will employ critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and creative problem-solving skills to help employees navigate sensitive cases and high-severity safety concerns.
You will lead internal operational work streams, including analytics and reporting, quality assurance, training and development, and administration, as part of the central operations team of Sydney Centre of Excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.
The estimated annual salary for this role is **$140,000 - $180,000**, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.
