Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. As an Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in the overall management of our business administration and office staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Deliver supervision, training, coaching, and disciplinary action to all office staff, including Contracts, Permits, Colours, Drafting, Estimating, Sales, Workplace Health and Safety, Administration, Payroll, Accounts, Accountant, and Defects.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Carry out recruitment, recruitment interviews, onboarding (including agreements, Management Instructions, and registrations), performance reviews, and wage reviews for all office staff.
  • Support and Administration: Support office staff, including carrying out administration tasks or roles where staff shortages exist.
  • Cost Management: Monitor costs and expenses, manage budgets for the administrative functions of the company, including office supplies and equipment.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure maintenance and updating of company databases and records.
  • Compliance and Awareness: Lead office awareness, documentation, and compliance to industry regulations and Australian Standards.
  • Support to General Manager: Provide ongoing support to the General Manager, including raising awareness of issues and delivering proactive solutions.
  • Marketing and Presentability: Oversee and ensure adherence to marketing and presentable material, including compliance to design guidelines and company standards for House and Land packages, Social Media posts, brochures, documents, and electronic media.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Implement and manage weekly and monthly reporting on key office indicators and completion of tasks.
  • Business Functions: Coordinate and attend business functions as required.
  • Personal Presentation: Ensure a high level of personal presentation at all times, including maintaining standards for office staff.

Requirements:
