About the Role:

Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team in Wodonga, Victoria. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination, management, and scheduling of day-to-day branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of eight talented tradespeople, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of branch operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of branch operations and management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
