About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of initiative and a proactive mindset to drive the day-to-day operations of the club and lead the team towards business and community goals.

As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to existing members, attracting and encouraging new members, and ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Service Delivery: Provide the highest level of service to our existing members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Marketing: Attract and encourage new members to join the club, and develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the business.
  • Accountability and Operations: Ensure the club is operating efficiently and effectively, and that all systems and processes are in place to support the business.
  • Environment and Safety: Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Responsibility and Performance: Take ownership of the club's performance and strive to improve it in all areas, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Culture and Engagement: Create a positive and engaging culture within the club, and encourage staff to provide exceptional service to members.
