About Our Team

We're seeking a seasoned Reservations Director to oversee our daily operations, ensuring seamless booking experiences for guests while driving team performance and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and results.

This key leadership position involves managing and developing a high-performing reservations team, analysing data, and implementing improvements to enhance guest experience and efficiency.

You will work closely with our stakeholders to maximise occupancy and revenue, drive sales targets, and monitor market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservations Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations through various channels (phone, email, website, OTAs)
  • Sales Performance Preparation: Drive sales targets that align with financial goals, monitoring sales performance against targets to drive the team to achieve these objectives
  • Call Monitoring and Analysis: Analyse telephone calls & data, including quality of calls, call volumes, response times, and conversion rates, and implement improvements based on call analysis to enhance guest experience and efficiency
  • Collaboration with Hotel General Managers: Work closely with General Managers to understand property-specific needs and challenges, providing regular updates on reservation performance, sales targets, and market trends
