About the Role:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service, food preparation, and store maintenance.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences through friendly and efficient service
- Preparing and presenting food products according to our high standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Managing inventory and stock levels
- Monitoring sales and catering performance
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and train your team members.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Food Preparation: Bake bread, prepare sandwiches, and present menu items to a high standard
- Store Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Team Leadership: Train and develop team members, manage conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
- Sales and Catering: Monitor sales performance, manage catering orders, and meet targets
