About The Role

The Digital Service Operations Leader will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of managed services to our clients. This role requires strong people leadership skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive effective collaboration across teams.

You will work closely with delivery teams to implement solutions and onboard them successfully, ensuring that managed services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Strong technical depth and commercial acumen are essential to relate to customers and make informed decisions.

This role involves evangelizing Arq Technology and Managed Services capability to customers and partners, delivering efficient solutions, and supporting Customer Operations teams. You will own customer-managed services from both ARQ and customer perspectives, providing expert advice on service management aspects of managed services.

Your expertise in application delivery, cloud, analytics, development, or mobile technologies will enable you to lead structured problem-solving skills and drive outcomes that continuously improve. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to foster relationships across the organization.
