About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager at Myer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

You will be responsible for leading teams across multiple departments, championing our Customer First Plan, and managing day-to-day operations.

  • Lead teams to achieve sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive high-performance customer-focused service and selling culture
  • Maximise team service and selling activities
  • Lead, empower, and inspire your team to develop the next generation of Myer leaders

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail manager with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs.

  • Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
  • Beauty/cosmetic experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong people leadership skills with a ‘hands-on’ approach
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills
  • Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
