About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through exceptional account management and relationship-building skills
  • Develop and source innovative products that meet the needs of our retail partners

  • Manage costings from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new product launches and category expansions
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of experience in national account management, product development, and category management. Your expertise in private label development and sourcing will be highly valued. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our retail partners and internal stakeholders.

You will also require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Australian FMCG retail sector
  • Strong knowledge of category management principles and private label development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel to China for business purposes (approximately 2-3 times per year)

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
