Salary

The estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve KPI results, and build a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Reviewing sales reports and creating action plans with the Store Manager and team
  • Providing constant feedback to hold yourself and each individual accountable for their results
  • Working with the Store Manager to create a store roster that optimizes team resources and meets customer needs
  • Maintaining efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Supporting visual merchandising standards and in-store activations

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in retail, a genuine love for fashion, and the ability to confidently lead and motivate a team environment. They will also have proven experience in coaching and developing teams, driving sales targets, and managing retail operations.
