About the Role:

Red Bull is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Partnership Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute annual business plans with key distributors, driving Red Bull initiatives and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings with distributors to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish a set communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs.
  • Develop annual business plans with distributors, including organization requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs.
  • Engage and influence all levels of the distributor's business to gain buy-in to the business plan.
  • Develop knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to distribution partners, proactively using Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising is in place and holding distributors accountable for data submission into Red Bull systems.
