Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As an Executive Accounting Manager, you will manage and administer a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. You will oversee productivity, client budget expectations, and billing accuracy, as well as review complex individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns with minimal supervision.

You will also ensure compliance with procedures, presenting error-free work, mentor junior team members, providing feedback and guidance, perform compliance and value-add work, along with analysis of management reports, and deliver client-specific advice and identify business growth opportunities across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer a portfolio of clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business with an emphasis on Accounting
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • 5+ years' experience in accounting, with a strong focus on client engagement and tax compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to team leadership
  • Proficiency in Xero, Excel, and other Office products
  • Strong understanding of the Corporations Act, accounting standards, and tax legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently advise clients
