Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare chance for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Wholesale Team As a key player, you'll drive sales performance and servicing of top Australian accounts in diverse sectors like big-box retailers, giftware shops, cafes, and corporate partners.

Your Role

Working closely with our National Sales Manager and Head of Sales, you'll maintain and expand relationships with major partners, execute go-to-market strategies, and showcase our award-winning sustainably focused products. You'll collaborate with our trade marketing specialist to tailor strategies for each account, addressing their unique needs in financial planning, visual merchandising, and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow nominated key accounts, focusing on year-on-year growth.
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Create tailored action plans for each key account.
  • Provide accurate sales volume forecasts to the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Address and resolve any issues with key accounts promptly.
  • Contribute to key business projects, including data management and ERP support.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture within the team.

What We Need

  • Proven experience managing tier-one accounts in wholesale or a similar environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with effective data translation.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client needs simultaneously.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience with cloud-based ERP and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and NetSuite (desired).
  • Ability to travel locally or interstate as required.
