Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Internal Audit to join our client's team. As a key member of the audit department, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our client's financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic audit program across multiple divisions, assessing risk management practices, corporate governance, and internal controls.
  • Lead audit engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver insightful recommendations to drive business improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and best practices across the organisation.
  • Manage the team and co-sourced arrangement, supporting stakeholders accordingly.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a large corporate or Big Four firm or mid-tier.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing audit teams, delivering high-impact results, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • CPA, CA, or CIA qualification essential; experience in services, operations, and/or infrastructure sectors highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
