As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust client connections by understanding their financial objectives and needs;
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, providing them with an exceptional experience;
- Support ongoing client lifecycle management through regular maintenance of client information, meaningful interactions, and timely responses to their inquiries;
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to ensure seamless client interaction management;
- Proactively engage with customers on a regular basis to nurture effective relationships and identify growth opportunities;
- Collaborate with business partners to facilitate client acquisition and referrals;
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, webinar, and podcasts in partnership with our marketing team;
- Contribute market commentaries as required;
- Meet annually with clients face-to-face, if necessary, and conduct monthly telephone discussions to monitor their progress;
- Assist with projects to support the team and other departments;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of client relationship management experience within the financial services sector;
- Experience working in sales environments with diverse solutions;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proven track record meeting weekly or monthly targets and KPIs;
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
