Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Global Network Banking team.

  • This role involves developing and implementing strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate needs, and provide high-quality service to position our organization as a market leader.
  • You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through engagement, professionalism, and adherence to standards.
  • Collaboration with the compliance team is essential to effectively manage anti-money laundering risks.
  • Onboarding new clients and conducting annual reviews will help manage credit risks.
  • Growing revenues from existing clients and onboarding new customers is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement relationship management strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive engagement and professionalism.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with the compliance team to manage anti-money laundering risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Credit Risk Management: Onboard new clients and conduct annual reviews to manage credit risks and optimize revenue growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on growing revenues from existing clients and onboarding new customers to drive business expansion.
