Donor Relationship Professional

This role is pivotal in fostering and managing relationships with a portfolio of mid-level donors to advance the mission of protecting vulnerable people worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Development & Portfolio Management: Develop, manage, and leverage relationship-based moves management strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors towards deeper financial engagement.
- Networking & Partnership Building: Establish professional and trust-based relationships with mid-level donors through various communication strategies.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and execute innovative donor communication & engagement strategies in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Team.
- Reporting & Data Management: Report activity and progress against plans to the Manager, responsible for data hygiene, including logging donor interactions, portfolio management, donor communications, forecasting, and results analysis.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 3+ years of proven experience delivering results in a fundraising or sales environment.
- Proven track record of effectiveness as a collaborator on cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing, tracking, and reporting on the financial efforts of a donor portfolio.
