About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to collaborate with our client-facing team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients, supporting them in achieving their financial goals.

You will be responsible for managing complex relationships through regular contact and follow-up, ensuring strong market awareness. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their situation, financial aspirations, and needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations, and needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for segmented clients, providing them with an exceptional experience.
  • Support ongoing client lifecycle management through regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions, and timely responses to their queries.
  • Provide clients with accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of client interactions.
  • Proactively contact customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, webinar, and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Write market commentaries as needed.
  • Meet annually with customers face-to-face if necessary and conduct monthly telephone discussions relating to their ongoing progress.
  • Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years relationship management experience within the financial services sector.
  • Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
