You will also lead the development of high-standard customer service within our clinics, ensuring that all interactions meet or exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for learning and capability development, focusing on delivering the Laser Clinics Experience (LCX) and exceeding customer expectations.

A critical aspect of this role is leading, coaching, and managing clinic team members to drive performance, profitability, and compliance. You will ensure that clinics represent the brand positively at all times and support them in developing bespoke business plans aligned with the region's strategy.
