Sales Operations Director

This is an influential senior operations role supporting and optimising our operating rhythm to deliver on our 10-year strategy, working cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Salesforce Operations for the total Australian Sales function.
- Deliver Quarter Sales Briefings planning and execution, in partnership with Marketing.
- Manage the Field Sales Short Term Incentive and develop clear performance and execution targets for the team, whilst managing the monthly reporting analysis providing recommendations.
- Lead System and Tool Development (Segmentation and Salesforce Tools).
- Lead third-party management, with our strategic partnership team (National Accounts/Chains) and Telesales end-to-end campaigns.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in a FMCG company.
- Proven experience in using data analytics to enhance and optimise business processes and operations.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting to build influential presentations.
- Experience managing a range of projects at any one given time.
- Excellent skills in cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
