About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at JRM Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 3 kitchens, including restaurant, bar, café, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large brigade, ensuring high standards across all areas.
  • Support the Group Culinary Director in driving culinary innovation and maintaining consistency.
  • Lead high-volume conferencing and events, including weddings and corporate functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage costs, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
