Communications Agent Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Communications Agent Team Leader to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney, Australia's largest hotel. As a member of the Guest Services team, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and work closely with a team of Communications Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external phone calls and promptly attend to guest requests and hotel enquiries.
  • Provide support and guidance to fellow colleagues and handle all guest complaints.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service as a service ambassador for the hotel.
  • Lead and supervise associates working in the department.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Advance written and verbal English skills.
  • A professional and warm phone manner.
  • Strong time management skills and high attention to details and accuracy.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with OPERA PMS preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work as a team player.
  • Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia and currently live in Australia.
