Delivery Lead Role

The Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the Delivery across multiple squads. They drive all aspects of the product and technology initiatives from start to finish, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads Agile Delivery across multiple squads or teams, actively contributing to the successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks, with the ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.
  • Expertise with the use of delivery tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, and automation of flow and reporting.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
