Customer Service Representative

Rentokil Initial offers a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Adelaide on a Permanent full-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling, and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Focus: Keeping the customer at the centre of your thinking by taking responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction, loyalty, and responding to customer queries related to their bookings in an effective manner.
- Outbound Sales: Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
- Excellent Communication: Demonstrate experience in customer service, including the ability to display empathy and active listening skills. Provide a high level of customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Scheduling: A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while scheduling appointments for residential customers
- Sales Opportunities: Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills
- Teamwork: Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's, and meet sales targets while working as a team and independently.
- Multitasking: Ability to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise
- Documentation: Documentation of all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instruction for field technicians.
- Data Management: Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
- Call Centre Experience: Experience working in call centre (essential)
- Phone Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales
- Technical Skills: Capable of working with multiple web-based data-bases and email programs
- Communication Skills: Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
- Problem-Solving: Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking
- Collaboration: Proven problem-solving skills
- Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues
- Punctuality: Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into systems
