About the Role

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Research Administration Officer to join our Brisbane office. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination of testing and related tasks for research, school-based, and outreach projects conducted by MultiLit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative coordination of testing and related tasks for research, school-based, and outreach projects
  • Administration of standardised and curriculum-based assessments to students involved in these projects
  • Provision of administrative support to the research team
  • Development and maintenance of project databases and records
  • Assistance with data collection and analysis

Requirements

  • Degree (or in progress) in education, special education, psychology, neuropsychology, or speech/hearing
  • Proven administrative, organisational, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High-level computer proficiency across a range of applications, including Microsoft Office and Hubspot
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment
  • Experience working in a research environment and/or undertaking standardised and curriculum-based assessments
  • Current Queensland Blue card and Queensland Driver's Licence

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working with children/students
  • Good knowledge of the primary and high school sectors
