About the Opportunity

HBF Australia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Administrator to perform financial administration processes while providing exceptional service and support to members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bulk receipts for member contributions.
  • Import and action messages from our banking partner.
  • Manage bank account and credit card rejections.
  • Respond to and action telephone, email, and internet correspondence.
  • Notify members of charge and log refunds.
  • Run arrears process to notify members.
  • Action refund requests for memberships.
  • Process claims daily and issue remittances.
  • Manage financial claims adjustments.
  • Complete receipting and reconciliation of incoming payments.
  • Manage contribution payment rejections.
  • Perform end-of-month processes.
  • Prepare routine reports and lodgements.

Key Requirements:

  • Moderate level of financial reporting experience.
  • Ability to provide effective administrative support in a complex organisation.
  • Proven organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to compile correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
